The cutting courses have no set dates because they take place based on the student's wishes about both game species and the number of participants. The cutting courses can be held on your own shot game at the desired location, or with one of our shot game in our slaughterhouse, and can be done on all desired game types. Since different game should be cut within different time frames for the best possible meat quality, we ask you who are interested in our cutting course to contact us through the form below with the desired game species and if you wish to train alone or in groups, and with your own game or our game. We will then put you on an interest list and contact you directly when we have a game according to your wishes.

 

We go through the tenderization process, the anatomy, practical approach to cutting, all cutting details and what these can be used for and packaging techniques - so that you get the most out of your felled game!
