CUTTING TRAINING

Trapping a game is fantastic. But being able to take care of the game in a dignified and professional way after the catch is an equally important part. Knowledge of how the animal should hang for tenderization, how to take care of as much of the meat as possible and how to skin the game is therefore a big part of the hunter life.

The cutting courses have no set dates because it takes place based on the student's wishes about both game species and the number of participants. We know that some want to practice their cutting skills alone, while others enjoy doing it in groups. The cutting courses can be held on your own shot game at the desired location, or with one of our shot game in our slaughterhouse, and can be done on all desired game types. Since different game should be cut within different time frames for the best possible meat quality, we ask you who are interested in cutting training to contact us with the desired game species and if you wish to train alone or in a group.
