RENTAL POLICY

The rental cost is invoiced in advance or paid on site. The VR-module are to be picked up and returned in Bensbyn, Luleå. If you cancel no later than 2 days before the rental period begins, the full amount will be refunded. If you cancel the day before the rental period begins, 50% will be refunded. If canceled on the same day as the rental period begins, no refund will be paid. In the event of damaged equipment, the customer is required to reimburse Wande AB with the liability to the insurance company.
