To be granted a license for hunting weapons, you must have an approved hunting degree. A complete hunter's exam consists of a compulsory theoretical test and a total of three practical subtests (shotgun test, shotgun test and high game test for shotgun).
We offer courses in both practical and theoretical nature for your journey towards a hunting degree. We use local shooting clubs in Luleå for the practical training. For the theoretical educations, we use the "Jägarskolan Komplett" (link HERE ) which contains a textbook, the hunting law and the exercise book. The package also includes login to the Swedish Hunters' Association's web-based "e-hunting" which contains a hunting audiobook, exercise questions, films and slide shows that facilitate learning before the hunting exam. The login is valid for one year.
We offer our theoretical education both as an intensive course on holidays and regular study pace on weekday evenings. In the practical training, we see several advantages of keeping to a normal study pace, because shooting and precision are not suitable for intensive training, and therefore only last at a pace. Below you can read more about the type of education that is interesting to you.
